CANCELLATION POLICY

At East Coast Aesthetics MedSpa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be subject to a fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

In some cases, late arrivals may be treated as a missed appointment and subject to applicable fees.
