At East Coast Aesthetics MedSpa, we are committed to providing exceptional care and results-driven treatments. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, all services rendered are non-refundable.
We take the time to personalize each treatment to your unique goals. If you have any concerns following your service, we encourage you to contact our office so we can evaluate and support you appropriately.
All deposits, consultation fees, and prepaid services are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Retail products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards. If you experience a reaction or concern with a product, please contact us so we can assist you.
Gift cards, memberships, and promotional packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
