Cancellations & No-Shows
We request at least [24–48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payments

Refunds & Packages
All sales may be final unless otherwise stated. Prepaid packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law. Any exceptions are made at our discretion.
